Where we ship, how orders are packed, and what tracking you get.
Destinations
,Canadian addresses only. Vantra does not ship internationally and cannot forward to a freight consolidator outside Canada.
,Origin and dispatch
,Orders dispatch from British Columbia. Orders placed before the daily cutoff on a business day are packed the same day. Weekend and statutory holiday orders are packed the next business day.
,Packaging
,Vials ship sealed and cushioned, with the batch record included. The outer packaging does not describe the contents. Light sensitive compounds are wrapped to exclude light.
,Lyophilised peptides are stable at ambient temperature in transit, so most orders ship without a cold pack. Storage at -20 °C applies once the order reaches you.
,Tracking
,A tracking number is emailed the moment the shipping label is scanned, with the certificate for the lot attached. We send the real scan rather than an estimate.
,Delivery problems
,If tracking shows delivered and the parcel is not there, check with others at the address and with the carrier first, then contact us with the order number. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable we will contact you to arrange redispatch, which may incur a further shipping charge.
,Address accuracy
,We ship to the address as entered at checkout. Please check it before ordering, because a parcel already in the carrier network usually cannot be redirected.
